Abuja, Nigeria - Felak Group, alongside its subsidiary Oceangate Engineering Oil & Gas, has issued a firm rebuttal to a viral publication alleging its involvement in a $7 million transaction with Providus Bank. The company described the claims, authored by Chukwudi Iwuchukwu, as false, misleading, and designed to tarnish its reputation and that of its leadership.


In its official statement, Felak Group made it clear that neither its Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Aisha Achimugu (OFR), nor Oceangate Engineering Oil & Gas has any connection whatsoever with the purported transaction. The organization emphasized that it views such reports as not only unsubstantiated but also damaging to the trust it has built over the years with its partners, clients, and the public.


The company has demanded an immediate retraction and a formal public apology from those responsible for circulating the story. It further cautioned that failure to comply will leave it with no choice but to pursue legal action to protect its name and corporate integrity.
